Calendar Fundraising Info
What are the Calendars I received from my coach?

The Pelham Baseball Sweepstakes Calendar is our main fundraiser.
-
Proceeds from the calendar sales will help to support the organization's efforts to bring Baseball to the youth of Pelham.

Each family of registered players will receive one set of calendars.
What do I do with the bottom stubs for the calendars?

The completed bottom stubs can be turned in at the Snack Shack any time after Opening Day.
Do I need to send in any money with the calendar stubs?
-
NO. A portion of your registration money covered the cost of the calendars you received. If you choose to sell these calendars, you keep the money from your sale.
When are calendar winners announced?
-
Calendar winners are announced weekly once the season starts. You do not need to be present to win as we will contact all winners. The winners will be posted here on this webpage.

The prizes will be available for pick up at the Snack Shack. Please have ID available.

There are two winners for each drawing - the top half of the noted prize for that day is for the buyer, and the bottom half is the prize for the seller.
